FAQ for Small Orders

A small order is any order quantity. It could be a boxful or even less! If you need a small order of plastic cores, you can order with us and enjoy top-notch customer relations and legendary precision cutting service. Any order, any size, we can do it.

We have no minimum order quantity requirements on any of our standard items. You can order only as many cores as you need. You can even order a single piece if you need to. Our only requirement is that your order total is a single box.

We never charge an extra fee for a small order. Simply select from our large variety of standard core products and let us know when you need to receive your order. We'll handle the rest.

We won't charge extra shipping fees just because you're placing a small order. Your shipping costs will be calculated based on order size and weight, your selected carrier and shipping method. All freight is FOB Baraboo, WI 53913.

Our standard lead time is 5-7 days. If you're in a hurry, we also offer rush service.

The simple answer is yes, especially in shipping options. While there are economies of scale to consider when placing a larger order, we know that you want flexible ordering options. Here at Northcore, we think you should decide how many cores you need to order, not the other way around.

We accept most credit cards, however pre-payment is not required. If you have an account with us you may choose to apply for payment terms by supplying a letter of credit. For more questions about billing, please feel free to contact us.
